Eduardo is responsible for an array of tasks at Lui & Frasca. He assists the firm attorneys by preparing estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. He also assists in the preparation of deeds in the transfer of real estate to trusts and third parties, homesteads, and other various recordings at the registry of deeds. Eduardo graduated Boston College with a Bachelor of the Arts in Social Sciences. He attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law for one year and is currently continuing his education at Harvard Extension School.
